Its unique povidone-iodine formula thickens the cell membranes of the sole rather than coating the hoof with oils, creating a durable, natural barrier that helps protect sensitive feet from challenging terrain. Ideal for horses with thin soles or those in regular work, Durasole can also aid in the management of thrush and white line disease when used alongside proper hoof care.
Unlike many hoof tougheners, Durasole contains no copper naphthenate or essential oils, making it suitable for extended use without over-drying the hoof.
